1. We'll meet at the Ferry Pier entrance under the Swallows' monument, where a host will collect your remaining balance and escort you to the 7:00 am ferry to Playa del Carmen.
2. At Playa del Carmen, your host will drop you off with your driver-guide, and you'll begin the ride towards the cenotes. There might be stops along the way to pick up more passengers since this isn't a private activity.
3. Once at the destination, it’s time to gear up and jump in! Grab your snorkel equipment, pick a kayak, and discover the wonders hidden inside the walls of these majestic cenotes!
4. After swimming, get ready to climb some stairs and jump from three different ziplines!!!
5. Once all the adventure portion of the tour is over, it’s time to grab a plate and pick food from the wonderful rustic buffet we’ve prepared for you! With the hand-made tortillas and firewood cooked dishes.
6. Now it's time to head back to Playa del Carmen, and your driver-guide will let you know.
7. When you arrive at Playa del Carmen, you can spend however much time you wish and come back to the island at any time. Please be aware that the last ferry leaves at 10:00 pm and make sure you have enough time to catch it, also remember that the two ferry companies alternate their departures.

• In case of intoxication, being under the influence of drugs, or not respecting the staff and their requests we won’t allow you to take part in the activity, and a refund will not be held.
• In case of misuse of equipment that could lead to damage there might be damage compensatory fees.

Health Restrictions:

• All participants must be: In good health & physical conditions and self-sufficient to participate in the tour. Medical conditions such as pregnancy, asthma, heart disease, epilepsy, respiratory conditions, blood pressure conditions, joint or muscular injuries, surgeries or people affected by chronic illness after a trauma in terms of sensibility, vision, and/or physical appearance are not able to participate (tour operator on-site will take into consideration all restrictions mentioned in the final assessment to allow or deny the participation on the tour).
• This excursion is not available for guests in a wheelchair.

Recommendations:

• Bring a camera for photo opportunities.
• We recommend you bring comfortable shoes, a bathing suit, a towel, and comfortable clothes for the ziplines.
• Bring mosquito repellent.
• Bring cash for the remaining balance, souvenirs, or any gratuities.

• FREE cancelation and full refund if notified with a minimum of 24 hours of your tour time, if done with less than 24 hours the reservation fees cannot be refunded.
• We reserve the right to deny the service to any guest that shows any sign of having consumed drugs or alcohol. We won’t permit you to partake in the activity and will not issue a refund.
• If you fail to show up at the meeting time established, there will be no reschedule or refund.
