1. We will meet you at a Cozumel central location (see possible meeting points at important details) to begin your off-road adventure.  
2. We’ll drive towards El Cedral Mayan Village (if you’ve chosen the option with transfer) and here you’ll greet your experienced guide and listen to an informative safety orientation before climbing aboard your all-terrain Xrail Shared Vehicle. 
3. You will drive around towards the Jade Cavern Cenote, where you’ll have the time of your life. 
4. There will be enough time for you to hike through the botanic oasis and take as many pictures as you’d like. 
5. Now it’s time to get down to the Jade Cavern. Prepare yourself and listen to your guide’s instructions. 
6. After spending time at the cavern, we’ll have to retreat to our xrail vehicle and start our way back to the meeting point. 
7. Once at the meeting point the activity concludes and we hope you had the time of your life with us during this adventure.

• It is important to be aware that the remaining balance will be charged at the meeting point (preferably in cash). 
• In case of intoxication, being under the influence of drugs or not respecting the staff and their instructions, we will not allow you to take part in the activity and no refund will be made.  
• IMPORTANT: Wild Tours is committed to protecting the environment and Cozumel’s vast coral reefs; therefore, the use of any type of sunscreen, sunblock, or suntan lotion which could eventually make its way into the ocean is no longer allowed. We suggest the use of long-sleeved UV-filtering shirts, hats, and sunglasses to protect yourself from the sun.  Coral, fish and all other sea creatures thank you for your cooperation!

XRAIL RESTRICTIONS 

• The private units have a capacity up to 4 guests 
• For safety reasons no cameras are allowed in the tour 
• In case of misuse of equipment that could lead to damage there might be damage compensatory fees 
• All participants must be: In good health & physical conditions and self-sufficient to participate in the tour. Medical conditions such as pregnancy, asthma, heart disease, epilepsy, respiratory conditions, blood pressure conditions, medicated/taking antidepressants, lithium, beta-blockers or base (vein) constrictors, anxiety attacks and panic attacks back, neck, joint or muscular injuries, surgeries or  people  affected by chronic illness after a trauma in terms of sensibility, vision, and/or physical appearance are not able to participate (tour operator on-site will take into consideration all restrictions mentioned in the final assessment to allow or deny the participation on the tour) 
• This excursion is not available for guests in wheelchair or with walking difficulties  
• Guests with any limitations on motor skills that involve any type of movement or coordination of the arms, legs, and other large body parts  
• First time Xrail drivers might have difficulty controlling the Xrail at first. A video lesson will be displayed, and an escort guide is provided to give them close attention 
• Participants must comply with all the instructions given by the guide

• FREE cancellation and full refund must be notified within a minimum of 24 hours prior to your tour time; if it is made within less than 24 hours in advance, booking fees cannot be refunded 
• If you do not show up at the scheduled meeting time, there will be neither rescheduling nor refunding 
• There is a zero-tolerance policy for drivers under the influence of any substance or causing reckless driving that can put any of the guests at risk. Wild Tours, or its tour guides, reserve full right to stop the tour/excursion for the guest at any stage of the tour in case of reckless driving with no previous notice or any monetary compensation for not completing the tour/excursion. Furthermore, the guest is fully responsible for any damage caused to the Xrail due to reckless driving or inappropriate negligence on his/her behalf 
• Wild Tours reserves the right to deny the service to any guest that shows any sign of having consumed alcohol prior the tour departure 

With the current global climate, we feel it is necessary to inform potential passengers what we are doing to ensure their safety and decrease the spread of the virus. 

Actions being taken: 

• Guests must follow safety instructions from the staff to prevent the spread of Covid-19. 
• Staff will remind guests to keep physical distance, during the reception and brief-in.  
• Health screening of guest at the check in will be made through a quick test, including temperature checking, any guest showing symptoms of respiratory illness, coughing, and sneezing will be excluded from the tour. 
• Each guest will be asked to sign a declaration of health upon arrival. 
• We will allow healthy people to enjoy the tour; the staff will encourage guests to use a face mask/face covering upon arrival. Due to local government policies, the use of face mask/face covering is mandatory. 
• Guests must wear face mask/face coverings in common areas, near other guests, and when interacting with the staff. Due to local government policies, the use of face mask/face covering is mandatory  
• The staff will provide each guest antibacterial gel (at least, 70% alcohol) upon arrival. 
• We have additional hand sanitizing dispensers to prevent the spread of viruses and bacteria. 
• We will encourage guests to follow the handwashing protocol frequently, with soap and water for 20 seconds before and after any activity. 
• Guests must comply with all the instructions given by the staff in the tour.
