1. We'll meet you at the Atlantis facilities located walking distance from the International Port and Puerta Maya, just in front of the Casa del Mar Hotel. Here, the remaining balance + the additional fees will be collected by a guide.
2. You’ll be asked to stay in the waiting room where you can drink some water, go to the restroom, or buy something in the giftshop.
3. You’ll be given some instructions and will be able learn a little more about the submarine before boarding, make sure to pay attention.
4. It’s time to board the tender vessel and cruise through the Chankanaab Reef before reaching the submarine, enjoy the view of the sun setting during this beautiful evening activity.
5. After the ride to the submarine, it’s time to switch boats and go down the hatch and begin the descend. The underwater trip lasts around 45 minutes.
6. Once the submarine ride is over, it’s time to climb back up, switch to the tender vessel and return to the shore after an amazing underwater adventure.

Any particular situation that limits the mobility capacity of our passengers must be consulted with our crew prior to start the tour; authorization will be evaluated and will be subject to the weather conditions. Guests confined to wheelchairs cannot be accommodated on this tour.

• For mainland passengers: It’s very important that you arrive with enough time to board the ferry, if you fail to do so and miss it, we won’t be able to reschedule and there will be no refund. Also, this activity should allow you to return at the 8:30 pm or 9:00 pm ferry, but keep in mind there could be delays when booking.

• If there’s a need to reschedule the activity this must be done 24 hours in advance, if not, it will be up to the tour operator’s availability and you’ll lose the ability to choose the time and day, if you fail to show, there will be no reimbursement.
