- We will meet you at one of the meeting points (see possible meeting points at important details and select the one of your choosing when booking) to begin your off-road adventure.
- The journey will begin by receiving your electric scooter, after you become acquainted with it it’s time to enjoy the downtown area, cruise around and check all the beautiful spots decorating the island.
- Before jumping into the Clear Boat, you’ll visit an authentic Tequilera and enjoy some tequila tasting, plus a tour where you’ll learn everything about the process of making such a divine beverage.
- It’s time to board the clear boat, and the guide will explain safety measures and protocols you'll have to follow, such as always using your life vest. A photographer will ask to take you and your family some pictures; if you say yes, you’ll get to see and purchase them at the end of this portion of the activity.
- The guide will hand you your equipment and it’s time to jump in the water, the snorkeling portion will last between 15-25 minutes, and then you’ll be asked to board back up to head to the dock.
- Afterwards, it’s time to head Playa Uvas. Here, you’ll be able to make use of the beach club’s facilities, 30 minutes of a snorkeling guided tour, 30 minutes of kayak use, and much more. This will conclude a day filled to the brim of fun.

- It is important to be aware that the remaining balance will be charged at the meeting point (preferably in cash).
- In case of intoxication, being under the influence of drugs or not respecting the staff and their instructions, we will not allow you to take part in the activity and no refund will be made.
- IMPORTANT: We are committed to protecting the environment and Cozumel’s vast coral reefs, therefore, the use of any type of sunscreen, sunblock, or suntan lotion which could eventually make its way into the ocean is no longer allowed.
- ATV portion of this tour is always on double ATV’s.

- Every traveler will have their own scooter and they must be able to drive it.
- Tequila tasting is only permitted for travelers at least 18 years old.

- FREE cancellation and full refund must be notified with a minimum of 24 hours prior to your tour time, if it is made in less than 24 hours in advance, booking fees cannot be refunded.
- If you show up under the influence of drugs or alcohol, we will not allow you to take part in the activity and we will not issue a refund.
- If you do not show up at the scheduled meeting time, there will be neither rescheduling nor refunding.
