1. The day begins in front of the Palmeras restaurant where our guide will be waiting for you to collect the remaining balance, provide you with your bracelet for the marine park, and walk you over to the starting point. It’s important to be here 30 minutes before the tours starts to avoid any issues and to be able to apply sunscreen if you wish to.
2. At your start time you’ll board the Catamaran “Morningstar” and secure a seat. They’ll give you a life jacket, you must wear this when leaving port, but can take it off once you set sail. It’s important to note that there might be stops along the way to pick up other passengers.
3. After around an hour, you’ll reach your first destination: Colombia and Palancar. You’ll spend the next 40 minutes in the water.
4. When you finish snorkeling, you’ll hop back on board and head towards “El Cielo”, where you’ll spend the next 15-20 minutes swimming next to starfish and the ocasional. The ride towards this destination can take 15 minutes.
5. You’ll hop back on board and begin the journey towards “El Cielito”. This should take another 10 minutes tops. At El Cielito, they’ll offer you your meal, some beverages, and lots of entertainment. Make sure to party on the sandbank and dance with the crew.
6. 40 minutes later, they’ll ask you to board again, and you’ll begin the ride back downtown. During this, the sun will be setting, and the mariachi band will start playing. There will be lots of drinking games and plenty of time to make some friends.
7. After an hour and 20 minutes, you’ll reach the ferry pier and your day at sea will conclude.

•  It is important to be aware that the remaining balance will be charged at the meeting point (preferably in cash). Credit cards may be used, but you will have to pay the added 10% bank commission.
• This activity is not for children under the age of 5 and it isn’t recommended for those under 12.
• Minimum drinking age:
• All Participants must have basic swimming skills.
• IMPORTANT: We are committed to protecting the ocean environment and the Mesoamerican Barrier reef; therefore, the use of any type of sunscreen, sunblock, or suntan lotion which could eventually make its way into the ocean is no longer allowed. We suggest the use of long-sleeved UV-filtering shirts, hats, and sunglasses to protect yourself from the sun.  Coral, fish, and all other sea creatures thank you for your cooperation!
• DISCLAIMER: This activity is not done in captivity, the likelihood of seeing sea turtles and starfish is extremely high, but there are factors to consider.

• Our tours can operate in light rain and other moderate weather conditions; however, tours may be canceled in the event of severe or unsafe weather conditions with a full refund.
