Directions: Go through the pier terminal. To reach the piers outside sidewalk on Melgar Avenue and turn left, without leaving the pier's sidewalk. Walk 100 yards past the traffic lights, until you see the pedestrian yellow stripes crossing zone by the Royal Village shopping Center which you will easily recognize. Get across the street. The booth is a few feet from the end of the pedestrian yellow stripes on the other side of the street. Our representative will be waiting for you in uniform
- If you arrive at the SSA International Pier:
- Wild tour’s Retail Booth at the Royal Village Shopping Center
Directions: Exit the pier, reach the outside gate and walk across the street by the pedestrian yellow stripes crossing zone, to the Royal Village Shopping Center. The booth is a few feet from the end of the pedestrian yellow stripes on the other side of the street. Our representative will be waiting for you in uniform.

- It is important to be aware that the remaining balance will be charged at the meeting point (preferably in cash). Credit card may be used, but you will have to pay the added 10% bank commission.
- IMPORTANT: Isla Mia Beach is committed to protecting the ocean environment and Cozumel’s vast coral reefs; therefore, the use of any type of sunscreen, sunblock, or suntan lotion which could eventually make its way into the ocean is no longer allowed. All guests must shower BEFORE entering the ocean. We recommend using long-sleeved UV-protecting shirts, hats, and sunglasses to shield yourself from the sun. Coral, fish, and all other sea creatures, thank you for your cooperation!
Safety & Health Guidance
- Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by the staff at Isla Mia Beach.
- Participants must comply with Cozumel National Marine Park regulations while on Isla Mia Beach.
- Underage participants must be accompanied, directly supervised, and cared for by a responsible adult, parent(s), or legal guardian always.
- The legal drinking age in Mexico is 18 years. Alcohol will not be served to minors, even with parental consent.
- Isla Mia Beach requires, at its sole discretion, a valid photo ID as proof of age for the consumption of alcoholic beverages.
- Isla Mia Beach Beach reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to guests who appear intoxicated, are unruly, or underage.
- Participation in any activity, attraction, or service offered by the tour operator is at the guest's own risk and responsibility.
- Beach services are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Beach & Activity Restrictions at Isla Mia Beach
- Isla Mia Beach operates from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. local time, Monday to Saturday.
- Participants must follow all instructions provided by the staff for safety and enjoyment.
- Some activities and amenities may have specific age, height, or weight restrictions.
- The use of non-motorized water equipment (such as kayaks and water bycicle) must comply with local, state, and federal regulations and follow the instructions of the tour operator.
- The number of non-motorized water toys provided is regulated by Cozumel’s National Marine Park guidelines.
- Unassisted use of equipment (such as sailboats) will require operator approval after guests demonstrate necessary skills for safe and responsible use.
- Guests must be aware that some services, activities, or amenities may be subject to availability or weather conditions.
- Isla Mia Beach reserves the right to restrict or remove access to any area or activity that may pose a safety risk due to environmental or operational factors.
Floating Park Restrictions at Isla Mia Beach
- Guests must be aware of the game’s linking intersections and surfaces.
- All children under 12 years old and all non-swimmers must be accompanied and supervised one-on-one by a parent or legal guardian.
- Guests must be aware of safety signs on the floating park structure.
- Pushing, acrobatics, wrestling, violence, or any behavior that may endanger oneself or others is strictly prohibited.
- Admission to the Floating Park may be refused to anyone under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any condition that could create an unsafe environment.
- Guests must follow all instructions from lifeguards or staff.
- Eyeglasses are not permitted. In cases of necessity, only non-breakable lenses and frames may be allowed.
- Access to the Floating Park is prohibited for guests with:
- Fear of heights
- Influence of alcohol or drugs (including prescription medications)
- Pregnant and nursing women
- Medical conditions such as back, neck, joint, or muscular injuries
- Heart conditions or recent surgeries (up to 6 months)
- Any other medical conditions that may pose a risk
- Visitors must wear an appropriate swimsuit without rivets, zippers, or metallic accessories that could damage the floating park.
- The Floating Park may be evacuated or temporarily closed at any time for guest safety due to weather conditions or operational concerns.
- All injuries must be reported immediately to the park staff
