We'll meet you at your hotel’s lobby (or Airbnb) or near the entrance, but it’s important for your hotel to be situated at one of these locations, Puerto Juarez, Cancun, Puerto Morelos, or any hotel between Cancun and Playa del Carmen. There’s a maximum of three stops that the van could make along the way, including yours.
A meeting time is given when you confirm your hotel’s name and location. We will be specified once we know where you’re staying, but normally between 6:00 and 6:45 am. (Please make sure to provide the name of your hotel or Airbnb when booking)
A host will be waiting to greet you.
Start your check in, here you’ll pay the remaining balance
Your host will take you to meet your driver-guide, and the journey will begin towards Chichen Itza.
When you arrive at Chichen Itza, lunch will be available for your dining pleasure. A buffet filled with classic regional cuisine.
Shopping for souvenirs next door to the restaurant is a must do.
When lunch is finished, you’ll venture to the archeological zone. A guided tour is included when exploring this heritage site. This will take approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Off to the crisp refreshing cenote, here you will have the opportunity to swim, relax or just cool off after your adventure to the pyramid.
Now comes your chance to explore Valladolid with your guide. Hearing of famous escapades and history passed down through the ages. This astonishing town featuring its heritage colonial buildings and multicolored streets will have your camara snapping incredible photos of this historic period.
When it’s time for the return drive to Cancun, your guide will give you a heads up.
You will return to your hotel or Airbnb on arriving in Cancun.

Important to be aware of the remaining balance that will be collected at the meeting point (best to do it in cash). Credit cards may be used, but you will have to pay the added 10% bank commission.
In case of intoxication, being under the influence of drugs, or not respecting the staff and their requests we won’t allow you to take part in the activity, and a refund will not be held.
Bring a camera for photo opportunities (professional cameras might be charged an extra fee at the ruins by the authorities)

Recommendations:

We recommend you wear comfortable clothes and shoes, bathing suit, towels, sunglasses, a hat, and a change of clothes.
Biodegradable sunscreen (mandatory).
Don't forget cash and credit cards for souvenirs and tips (optional)

FREE cancelation and full refund if notified with a minimum of 24 hours of your tour time, if done with less than 24 hours the reservation fees cannot be refunded.
In case of showing up under the influence of drugs or alcohol, we won’t permit you to partake in the activity and will not issue a refund.
If you fail to show up at the meeting time established, there will be no rescheduling or refund.

With the current world climate, we find it necessary to let potential passengers know what we’re doing to ensure their safety and lessen the spread of the virus.

Safety & Health Guidance:

All our staff have been fully vaccinated.
Guests must follow safety guidelines from the staff to prevent the spread of Covid-19.
Staff will remind guests to keep physical distance, during the reception and brief-in
Health screening of guests at the check-in will be made through a quick test that involves temperature checking; any guest showing signs of respiratory illness such as coughing, and sneezing will be excluded from the tour.
Each guest will be asked to sign a declaration of health upon arrival.
We will allow healthy people to enjoy the tour; the staff will encourage guests to use a face mask/face covering upon arrival. Due to local government policies, the use of face mask/face covering is mandatory.
Guests must wear face mask/face coverings in common areas, near other guests, and when interacting with the staff.
The staff will provide each guest antibacterial gel (at least, 70% alcohol) upon arrival.
We have additional hand sanitizing dispensers to reduce the spread of viruses and bacteria.
We will encourage guests to follow the handwashing protocol frequently, with soap and water for 20 seconds before and after any activity.
